Papa John's Pizza - Calhoun

Spoke to a new employee while I waited for my pizza and she was very nice.

The Calhoun district kinda ruined our dinner on 10/2/22. My husband and I pizza and wings was great, but my kids pizza was still doughy near the crust. They refused to fix unless we brought it down there and let them closely inspect it all. We're not in a position to take it back to them so the refused to even acknowledge it could possibly be wrong. And when my husband complained they hung up on him 3 times before we gave up.

My online order didn't go through so when I called to do it over the phone I was told that they can't do the coupons over the phone. Why have coupons if you can't access them? What about people who don't order stuff online? Poor choice for the company! Domino's here I come!

Had to be the worst Supreme Pizza I've ever got from there. It had very little ingredients on it, mostly just had cheese.

Called and ask if they delivered to my address, lady said yes, I ask if she was sure, she said yes. I placed my order, paid with card over phone, she said it would be 25-35 minutes. I waited 1 hour, called back and they tell me they don’t deliver to my address, so now I sit here hungry, mad, and griping on the internet. A courtesy call saying my food wasn’t coming would’ve been nice.
