Firehouse Subs Wall Street Calhoun

I usually love firehouse, but recently the orders were wrong. Recently I ordered a sandwich for no Mayo and 2 add ons. over 10 minutes to get my order and we were the first in the line. On the sandwich I didn't get any add-ons and they still put the mayonnaise. Only disappointed because I am pregnant and certain foods literally make me gag. Didn't take the food because we had waited too long for it. I understand the work in the food industry and especially in a Firehouse Subs, but every time I get something wrong on the sandwich.

While visiting family in Calhoun we decided to grab a firehouse meal before our 2 hour drive home. It was 8pm on a Wednesday. We walked in (not another customer in the store) there were 2 girls down at the drive thru area talking and a guy making food. We waited for our order to be taken, they kept talking...after me staring at them for about 3 minutes, one of them finally comes up and takes our order by saying what can i get ya? We order 2 meals and the total was $34!!!! The food wasn 't great, the mac and cheese was gross and i have been sick ever since and its now 48 hours later. I LOVE firehouse, so i was deeply disappointed. I will eat firehouse again...just not this one.

Great sandwiches!! Called ahead with order, picked up at drive-thru, zip zip. So good, can't believe anyone who has the choice would ever eat Subway again. We got 2 x 12 Italian, both were absolutely perfect! Great boxes they come in too.

Rude service. 3 out of 4 time our sandwich is not right. We always order the same sandwich pepperoni pizza meatball sub with extra marinara. This time I also ordered side of jalapenos and a side of marinara. I am adding pictures and you decide for yourself if it has extra marinara. My opinion is there's no marinara... Looks like the wiped the sause off the meatballs. The manager on duty is the one that took my order and she is no help.

Gluten-free sandwich option! It was delicious. The checkout staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind. It's a great spot for a quick meal.
