Sushi Bistro Anzu - Calgary

This restaurant exudes a traditional Japanese grocery store vibe that is both respectful and visually appealing. The high quality of food is the main focus here, and the no-nonsense approach is both timeless and delicious. We will definitely be returning to this establishment again and again.

We originally had reservations for dinner to celebrate my son's birthday. We were at this restaurant for lunch, so my son wanted to go in. You have a lunch menu and other appies sushi. My son grandson ordered various sushi rolls. I had a pig-catsu meal. We shared everything. The best Tonkatsu sauce ever!! The miso soup is also the best!! All we've eaten was delicious and the best we've ever had. Everything is fresh, fresh, fresh. We had planned for dinner because they have a different menu, especially okonomiyake, which is not served for lunch. Lunch was still delicious. I'll go to dinner soon. Thank you.

You can say the owner is Japanese and it reflects genuine authenticity in the courts. The authenticity of this restaurant tells of others in the city. Great selection of Sashimi and the Yakiniku beef was excellent. Will be a new favorite for my family and... I like them to take out/ output.

We ate here in Calgary. This was one of the most beautiful dinners of our stay. The Yakiniku Beef was made perfect and was delicious! We also had Ikageso (calamari) was the best I had in a Japanese restaurant. The Maki rolls were fresh and tasty. We waited for us to sit when the place was filled. It's a small restaurant, but a great one. One waitress was so pleasant and she worked so hard. It was very busy, but she always had a smile on her face. I would recommend this restaurant and visit it again.
