Smitty's - Calgary

We waited 15 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was only half full. After being seated, we waited another 20 minutes for a server to come to our table, but unfortunately had no luck.

I visited the pub area for wing night at this restaurant! The wings were pretty good, and the service was excellent. The beer was affordable too, making it a typical Smitty's pub experience.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Roast Beef Dip expecting it to be piled high with meat, but it was nothing close to what was advertised. I estimate I received only 3-4 ounces of meat.

Buffet on the weekends and holidays, from opening to 2 pm. Decent food, fair selection of breakfast food, a few types of meat, eggs, potatoes, pancakes, French toast, fruit. $ 15.99 for adults, $ 13.99 for seniors, kids cheaper. Not fine dining and doesn't pretend to be but pretty good. I go there once in awhile to fill up, if you just want one plate then a la carte better bet. Coffee extra

For $10 I got 2 eggs in a mushroom omelette, 2 slices of bacon, chunky potatoes and 1 slice of French toast. It was very good.
