Signature Palace Restaurant - Calgary

What was the best Chinese food in calgary is now nothing but mediocre. we loved eating in the signature palace and we were very disappointed by our last experience. Usually, eating is very tasteful and well cooked. the last time I season, it's better to go home. there was a ton cauliflower used in the dressed and we got rührfries instead of the ordered bark and brokkoli court. the emptying was the only one to say good things. it was not what I would consider their previous standards. I can try in the future to see if it was a night. but what we got was not lustering and not worth the price.

I'm in Calgary for a business trip, staying at a hotel. Ordered from here, and asked for cutlery as well. Didn't get the cutlery. The food wasn't hot (though the wonton soup was). The deep fried wontons had to have been sitting around for hours....They were extremely tough and stale. They went in the garbage. It's a good thing I ordered them though, because I had to use the lid from the sauce to eat the rice with, using it like a shovel. Ginger beef was super dry, no sauce or ginger flavour at all just deep fried beef, pretty much. The beef veggies were tasty, which was nice. Overall, just will not order from here again. $40 (dinner for 1 and deep fried wontons, plus delivery) was WAY too much, as 50% of the food was inedible.

This is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in Calgary. The food is always fresh, there is no MSG, and the portions are generous. The service is very friendly whether for eat in, take out or delivery. The staff are courteous and...always willing to offer suggestions. They even have chopsticks made up for those less capable (usually children) which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommended Signature Palace whenever you have a craving for Chinese food. You won’t be disappointed.

It is hard to find excellent Chinese delivery and this is truly excellent. As good as any Chinese food I've ever had, which is a favorite over the years. Delicious, hot, fresh and quick, both if eating there or delivery. Excellent.

I found this restaurant randomly on a Sunday afternoon, when I was looking for a late lunch and closed everywhere in the neighbourhood (only from 17th avenue near sarcee trail). happy for me because I discovered one of the best. Chinese restaurants I've ever eaten. the signature palace is of moderate size and is a family-run place. it offers the typical selection of dresses: appetizer, suppening, hot teller, chow mine, and fetus fertilizer, and they can have pork, bark, seafood, huh, vegetables or combinations thereof in a lot of sauces. if they like spicy, try one of the Szechuan dishes; if they prefer less spicy, there are many other options. all the ingredients are fresh and the prices are very reasonable. they will also be impressed by the service: friendly server and dishes are served immediately. they can get in or out. free delivery in a radius of 5km is available and if they continue to live, they can still receive delivery for a nominal fee. on request you can order without msg and/or gluten-free eating. the restaurant is also fully licensed. I have visited the signature palace several times and everything I ordered has tasted fantastic. Once again, I appreciate it one of the best Chinese restaurants I had.
