Scarpetta At The Riviera - Calgary

The food is tasty. The brunch menu is simple but everything they make is fantastic. The menu could benefit from change once in a while or offer a feature perhaps. Across the three times we’ve been over the two years, the menu was the same other then changing the dessert slightly (made it worse by removing pistachio glaze sauce IMO). Venue is clean and classy. Don’t mistake this place for your average hotel restaurant it’s fantastic even if it’s simple!

We found the restaurant to be quiet, clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and intentive to our wants and needs. The menu had more than enough selection and the prices were very reasonable. Our meals arrived quite promptly and were pleasing to both the eye and palate. Not fancy nor expensive. With the money spent, great value and a restaurant we have added to our monthly outings.

We ate 2 meals here while staying at the hotel. The food was fantastic! Fresh, high quality and so flavourful. Would definitely seek this restaurant out again on our next trip to Calgary. Thank you.

Scarpetta is located in the lobby of a hotel near the airport. As such, it serves breakfast to hotel guests. However, this is quite a find. The food is very good and well presented. The prices are reasonable and the staff are amazing. This is well worth making the trip up to the airport area.
