I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. The service was terrible, the worst I have ever experienced in any restaurant. I came here for my boyfriend's birthday dinner and the waitress barely checked on us or asked if we needed anything. When she finally did come over, we had to ask for refills, which she should have noticed. The food was also terrible, and she didn't even acknowledge my boyfriend's birthday or sing to him. She just wanted to confirm the coupon and then walked away. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

We went to Montana's to celebrate my grandson's 18th birthday and brought a cake with us. We handed it to the host, who assured us he would inform our server. However, after waiting for an hour and a half for our food, we realized that two tables who arrived after us had already been served. I had to inquire with our server about our order and also reminded her about the cake. She seemed to be aware of it, but it took a while for them to bring out a dish of ice cream with a cookie and a hat for my grandson. The plates from our first course were still on the table when this dessert arrived. At some point, I asked another server about the cake and was informed that the host had failed to mention it. When the cake finally came out, it had only two of the candles we had provided. The food was decent, but the service was disappointing. As a result, we do not plan on returning to Montana's in the future.
