This was a great greek place that was always less crowded than their excellent food and service suggested it should be. Too bad

Comfortable nice looking. but Order something that highlights the Greek flavors. If you do any home grilling skip the butcher platter , The meat is good , lamb mild, the Greek sausage taste like kielbasa and the rest, just taste like grilled meat, even the marinated skewers don't shine with Greek flavor also needs salt ( not a ton), and there is none at the table. The fries were very good,, crisp and the oregano was nice, very good feta. needs salt. tzatziki sauce is nice texture mild flavor. Most of the main courses do not include anything with them, so you will end up ordering separates Its worth a try but order smart, would give it higher rating if had tried more variety to comment on, and if the menu items ( and meat items) had more imagination

The Greek food was excellent. Everything was freshly made and serve in a timely manner. Nothing was cold and the taste was supreme. The drinks were great too. Awesome selection of wine.

Outstanding Greek food, friendly service, beautiful restaurant and great location on 17th Ave... what's not to love?In fact, the last time we were there the kitchen messed up our order and gave us the wrong appetizers... so we enjoyed the ones we were given, and the owner made sure we also got the ones we had originally ordered, and we weren't charged any extra. It's that kind of customer service that we appreciate, and the plus side for the restaurant is that we tried extra appetizers we wouldn't have normally ordered, but loved, and will certainly order again!We usually go here as a group of about 6 or 7 people, and have always been pleased with every dish. If I had to choose some favourites I'd mention the Dolmades, Kleftiko, the Market Fish (whichever it is, it's always great), and the roast potatoes are excellent!In addition, I appreciate their wine selection, which features excellent choices from BC (something a lot of other Greek places don't!)I'm getting hungry again just remembering the food!

I had the fresh fish which was very well prepared, Charcoal grilled with olive oil and lemon, authentic Greek style. I also asked for a small side of lemon potatoes (excellent), Greek salad and tzatziki . Everything was very well prepared. Wine list is interesting and varied.
