Edo Japan North Hill Centre Grill And Sushi

I wanted just noodles due to having wisdom teeth removal yesterday. I said twice I could not have meat or vegetables. I was charged for a chicken bowl which is fine. But I at least expected the cashier could have relayed the message back to the kitchen. They put the chicken on and I was clearly not happy. They didn’t offer a solution and did not even give me a lid so I had to take it home with no lid on top of the order being incorrect. This is my first somewhat solid meal and I was very much looking forward to it so I am very disappointed.

Why hand the cover for dishes to the customer when they order take away, and wait for their food. Talk about an unsanitary practice. Gross!!

I came here today to order a beef and chicken with no mushrooms. The cashier didn't know what to do she just stared at me. Then when I mentioned to the cook no mushrooms he snapped at me. It's pretty clear I won't be back to this place again.

First time here was great. Good portions, and tasty food. However, the food I got from here yesterday gave me pretty bad food poisoning.

They guy taking my order did not wash his hands before handling food. There was someone else washing the rack above where my food was being cooked and brushed the crumbs onto the surface where they were cooking my food and when I addressed him and told him that was gross he nodded his head and continued! Worst experience with edo I’ve had yet and I will not order from this location ever again!
