I love their sheekh kababs, services is excellent and swift. Prices are reasonable and customer service is professional. I recommend this place for fast and efficient service during the pandemic.

I realize the pandemic has made things so hard for local, and especially smaller niche restaurants that usually cater to regulars. These regulars may not be able to visit as often as they want to now. So what would be a “poor” rating for me is now an average as I can’t know for sure if I got a true representation of the restaurant’s offerings. What I did have was delicious, but fairly basic and a very utilitarian presentation in those metal multi-compartment trays. Hot chai was also served in takeaway cups, not mugs (which seems like a bigger expense in the long run? . All my best to the folks running this place and I hope things look up soon.

My family and I eat here regularly. Their Beef Bihari Kebab is out of this world. Soft, spicy and hot. The halva puri breakfast is wonderful. The halva is not too sweet and the puri is huge and puffed.

My first experience at Hot Plate was brilliant. I ordered the BBQ Platter and Halwa Puri. The service as well as the food and quantity was fantastic. I would definitely go there again and is recommended.

I am a regular customer to this restaurant. There food used to be better, i always get beef biriyani extra spicy and extra masala. The last time i got the food from there beef biriyani had foul smell and inedible when i reported the complaint in person the people gave me a cold shoulder. They said they will talk to chef. They treat me like this i used to buy food from there 2 times a week for past 1 year and they gave me bad beef which smells foul. Not going there again. They increased price of Biriyani by 1 dollar no problems with that but the quality dropped to zero. i had thrown my food to garbage can.
