Bidra med feedbackThe menu does not change, but nor does the superb quality of the food the cooking. I came knowing what I wanted, I ignored the set menus chose the turbot, a favourite fish, I knew the lovely (free) appetisers would fill the wait for a main course. Crab spoon, tomato verrine, quiche, croque, all delicious. Nice soft fresh sesame roll, lots of butter in a pot. The perfectly cooked generous piece of turbot came with lovely lemon sauce, soft polenta discs, carrots, snap peas, little beans, fondant leek a wee tub of celeriac puree. The plate was cleared to the last morsel. The nougat glace here is very authentic, full of yummy bits, came plus a fruit salad cream with crumbled biscuit. Coffee lovely, four sweeties. This is a classy place but friendly unpretentious. Handy for the Boursot wine shop across the road!
Had the 39E meal and each plate was fabulous. Please visit this restaurant as they deserve their toques!
