Bidra med feedbackOn our way back to the channel tunnel we stopped off at something very familiar for something to eat... a KFC. We used the ordering machine to save time queuing time... not very clear to use. It didn’t save time as there was a strange delay of nearly 30 mins for our bucket of chicken... during that time customers after me were served with multiple buckets... Staff spoke little English to explain why. When we got the order is was just a bucket of chicken no chips. A very expensive bucket too... The chicken was disgusting too! Worst ever had... The place was dirty with lots of flies... Next morning we all had food poisoning! Needless to say I wouldn’t eat there again...
Looks like KFC are trying to get pushed out of France if this is the best they can do! The automated ordering system was very slow, and after ordering were informed that some products were out of stock and unavailable. When a compromised was agreed there appeared to be six orders being processed at once with items being placed on trays, picked up and moved, checked again and left until another item appeared. After 15 minutes our order was complete and presented to us and then we ran the gauntlet with the drinks machine which took 5 attempts to get to work correctly we were not the only customers having a problem . When we got sorted, my wife 's fries were STONE cold, my Mozzarella bites also and her 'Frenchie ' burger poorly put together and tasteless. Luckily I had opted for a Caesar salad. The staff appeared to be lacking in coordinated food delivery skills, and customer service. Having now tried KFC after looking at it a few times now we WON 'T be returning. My wife said 'She wouldn 't even put it out for the birds '!
