Buffalo Grill - Calais

Nice place, typical American design, waiter language skills very limited, good food. Had the ribs, which were seasoned ok and tender meet which was easy to pull of the bones

Good food but the customer service especially for English speaking customers very bad. Waitress making jokes about us when we spoke to him in English. Taking that as not respecting other culture.

Ordered ribs, didn't fall off the bone. Half stayed on. My mum ordered medium steak, came rare. Sent it back twice on still the same apart from being black an charred on the outside. Don't know if the chef didn't know how to cook or just couldn't be bothered. Such a shame as my dad had wanted to take us to a buffalo grill for a long time.

Really poor service. Arrived waited ages, were finally delivered a tiny little salad and obviously charged for it. Asked for an English menu and waited over 10 mins whilst the place was very quiet. We all went for 3 steaks, the menu had pictures of how much these were cooked, we asked for Medium, they came out blue! They were so fatty, that over half was unedible, we attempted to get someone's attention but in the end are as much as we could and went to the bar to pay. Told we weren't happy and all they said was sorry, you should have told us at the time. Paid 90 for 3 steaks and 3 drinks. Please don't waste your time here.

It was a terrible experience. The meat was burned like coal. We ordered the steak well done but that means not deep black and burned. We are disappointed about this place.
