Don Jediondo Campestre - Cajicá

Platz is beautifully decorated, I give them that, but that is it. plantains were cold and very simple, papas chorriadas not even close to what really are papas chorriadas, my sons chefs from his bandeja paisa came with a fly included eww. there were flying everywhere that made a very unpleasant atmosphere and lunch. server and service very underpar. after I was asked and given my feedback i was offered a free black coffee or tinto that was never delivered. first and final last visit. Eating was terrible, never again.

Most used up to the weekend trip bogota crowd, don jediondo campestre is an upper adventurous restaurant in a beautiful country-inspired event (as mentioned in the name). the restaurant has two floors of it area, and a wide area with children and family-friendly distractions such as farm animals pets pet pets zoo, bouncy burgen etc. the eating is traditional Colombian, which is well prepared but largely limited to meat/vegetarians and strengthen (vegetarians are warned). I know that salat is not traditional Colombian, but it would be terrible to see some fusionsalates on the menu just for a change. the prices reflect the comfortable environment and many pleasantities and range from about 20,000 to 45,000 pesos per court. the place is not so easy to find, and weekend visits are subject to nightmare traffic on the autopista. it is incredibly ironic that the property returns to the Bogota railway, but there is no regular passenger service on the railway so that all don jediondo campestre campaigns are stuck with the traffic. judge: if I went through chia or cajica, it could be fun, otherwise it is not worth the trek of bogota, or the cost. for 40k cop I can experience a good eating in the city.

Fuimos a almorzar con toda la familia y pedimos una entrada de morcillas, llegaron frías, después fuimos a pedir bebidas y no tenían cerveza nacional , una lástima con todas las cervezas que tenemos en este país, luego pedí un Long Island ice tea y tampoco había, coca cola no tenían, mi mojarra era una vergüenza, no pesaba más de 250 gr, es un engaño y para rematar, pedimos un tinto y no tenían, al final consiguieron algo de café pero estaba horrible, supongo que eran las sobras de la cafetera.

Un restaurante lindo, tienen musica en vivo, excelente atención, buen ambiente, el servicio fue rápido, en cuanto a la comida no me pareció del otro mundo, hay restaurantes de comida típica colombiana con mejor sazón, precios un poco elevados.

Buenas instalaciones, en la sede campestre por supuesto, buena comida, pero precios ligeramente elevados, ya que no es comida 100% criolla, sino más bien industria de la comida basada en la comida criolla.
