Bidra med feedbackDuring my last visit, the restaurant was a bustling sandwich shop with a lively atmosphere. It has since transformed into an Asian takeaway that may still offer sandwiches, but it's not clear. The staff is friendly, but the changes were unexpected and without notice.
I placed an online order, received a confirmation, but when I called 90 minutes later they claimed they had no record of it. When trying to call again, I had trouble communicating with them and they seemed unaware of items on their own menu.
I am unable to contact this restaurant by phone, online ordering, or through their app. Despite their advertised hours of operation from 6:30am to late on weekdays and Saturdays, I attempted to call at 12pm on a Saturday afternoon for over an hour with no success. This is not the first time this issue has occurred. Previously, our company ordered from this restaurant frequently, but now we are taking our business elsewhere where they actually answer the phone.
Under new management. Is no longer anything to do with what brought this place 5 stars originally. Food is terrible I 'm ill from the 'buttermilk chicken ' (microwaved) and the oil hasn 't been changed in the fryer in weeks. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
Not a fan. Service is slow. And ordering home delivery OR pick up is a poor experience. You could probably be awesome....seriously, if you cared.
