Fusion Art, Bar & Tapas - Cairns

Normalerweise besuchen wir ja nie zweimal dasselbe Restaurant, wenn wir nur kurz in einer Stadt sind. In diesem kleinen Lokal haben wir während unseres kurzen Cairns-Aufenthalts jedoch gleich drei (!) mal gegessen - so gut hat es uns gefallen. Die Inhaberin war unglaublich herzlich - und ihre Empfehlungen schmeckten jedes Mal ausgezeichnet. Hier bestellt man gleich mehrere kleine Gerichte von der Karte und probiert dann von allem, dazu gibts ein Glas erlesener Wein. Was soll man sagen, die Tapas schmeckten hervorragend, sehr raffiniert zubereitet und sehr harmonische Kombinationen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Date night with my wife, tried as much as we could from the tapas menu and thoroughly enjoyed everything, would definitely recommend for couples and friends, can't wait to go back.

A great place to catch up with friends for a wine and a bite to eat! Staff were really friendly and welcoming - genuine hospitality seldom seen in Cairns. Will definitely return!

My family and I (including 3 kids 4,7 & 11) stopped here for a beautiful lunch in our way to the airport. We ordered a heap of things including pork sliders, coral trout and sweet potato, dumplings, halloumi & arancini. Everything was delicious. And the staff were super friendly and attentive. Cozy & relaxed atmosphere. And a good cocktail & wine list too.
