A perfect 5-star rating across the board for this restaurant! The service from the staff both over the phone and in person at the Cairns store, as well as the delivery team, was incredibly friendly. Their product knowledge on the washing machine we bought was top-notch, and they provided us with exactly what we needed. The delivery and installation process was executed flawlessly, including the removal of our old machine. A big thank you to the entire team for a job well done.

Nick assisted me with my various purchases and went above and beyond to help me. He has an exceptional knowledge of the products I was interested in, including washing machines, fridge/freezer combos, TVs, sound bars, kettles, toasters, irons, and other small appliances. He was willing to investigate any information he was unsure about, such as product availability or features. Nick was also incredibly patient and understanding with me, a senior citizen who had recently moved to the country.
