Barrons Bistro - Cairns

Excellent food and service. a nice touch to enjoy both in a historic train car next to the sweet water station. that's a rule for me.

We eat here regularly, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is great. Set up at the Freshwater Train Station you can dine on the original Platform or in a restored Carriage. They have a small bar for a beer or wine with your meal. Once you have been there it is hard to forget

Awesome food, love the train carriage and if you get served by Sonya you'll be guaranteed top service. She's the one with the friendly smile.

Such a cute place. Very friendly staff and good coffee. The food were standard.

Great food, generous serves and a nice outlook over the railway line onto the Cane fields. They have an old railway carriage done up as an inside dining room, which the kids loved.
