Le Coin des Halles - Cahors

Saturday's lunch time in cold and wet January and almost all restaurants were closed. We found this place on tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. very busy and narrow probably due to the fact that so few places were closed. Despite this, the staff was polite and welcoming. we sat at the back of the restaurant with many other guests. We chose the menu of the day that was roasted pork.

We enjoyed a delicious two-hour lunch here, sitting outside the sun. we chose the day entrance, the dish of the day and the dessert, all for an incredible 16 euros. the three dishes were well presented and nicely cooked. the staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend it to all those looking for good French cuisine at reasonable prices.

We are locals from Chicago and love this place! Our fav is eggplant rollatini!! Off the charts! Good pizza, great service, clean, great happy hour.

I had a really nice calzone at Papa's last time I was in the Calabash areaIt was huge me it was spot on for a NY style big fat calzone.
