Caerphilly Rugby Function Room

Well what can I say apart from awesome l. As a local Caerphilly based organisation we have held 2 children 's parties at this venue (150 adults with 50+ children) with our party being held on 28th July this year and Chris the Steward and the whole team are the most delightful and helpful people to deal with nothing is too much trouble and everything is dealt with in a yes of course attitude and always a smile they all go out their way to make sure everything is done just the way you need it to be, even finding space for the kids events organisers and her team room to dress into their outfits!!! Chris and Rachel thank you very much for your kindness and accommodating all our needs in order to ensure everyone had a great time the feedback has been fabulous and everyone had a great time this year even with the rainy weather HUGE THANK YOU from all of us

We held our wedding party here last weekend for our wedding Vow Renewals and it was amazing day! Couldn't have asked for any better, the room was beautiful had it decorated by cherished weddings who were recommended by Chris, we had 90+ guests and it was just the right size room . We ordered in prosecco through Chris before hand and after a couple of hours our guests had gone through it all! So Chris was lovely enough to go out and get more for us! We had the silver buffet and it was amazing all my guests commented how nice it was we were very pleased and took the stress away from us if we had to supply the catering , All the staff were great very friendly and helpful I couldn't have wished for a better party thank you all so much to Chris and the team at caerphilly rugby club! I popped into Caerphilly RFC the other Sunday just for a quick drink. I was welcomed warmly by the Steward Chris Shoebox and his wife to be Raquel. There was a generous spread of cheese, biscuits and freshly cut white and brown bread. The cheese board was superb, consisting of Cheddar, Stilton, Manchego, Smoked cheese, etc, etc and it was all FREE. The lounge bar was full of regulars who were a friendly bunch. Amongst them there was a tiler, an air conditioning engineer, a guy who chops trees down, a guy who was an expert on horses and a guy who drinks Premier and falls asleep, I think his name is Glen. I had a great time and stayed there longer than anticipated having sampled the beer, wine and gin and tonic. All at very reasonable prices. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Recently held a 50 th birthday party here for myself .The stewards were very helpful all through the arrangements they also did all the catering the food was lovely and plenty of it.The disco was also recommended by the club and he was great also thank you Chris and Rachel you were great and would not hesitate having more functions there .x

Attended a family wedding function, had a brilliant night with great service. Got to admit, was shocked with the quality and quantity of the buffet it was well worth the money. Would highly recommend
