La Tertulia - Cadiz

Ate at this place without doing any pre visit Tripadvisor research, so only read previous reviews afterwards. We found the food excellent and the prices almost too cheap to believe! We had a menu in English but had to order in Spanish keep a Spanish version of the menu handy! The service was good and friendly. No bad experiences similar to some of the previous reviews. Menu is basic definitely a breakfast brunch lunch place I'd say. But 6 of us ordered various different things and everyone was happy with their choices. Would recommend for a quick coffee and breakfast, or a toasted sandwich when you've had your fill of tapas!

The place is a disaster. The service is terrible. We waited 10 min to get the table cleaned. Another 20 min to make an order. When it finally arrived we were still missing one plate. After asking for it two times for one hour we got informed that they forgot it. We finally got it without any forgiveness or even a nice face. The only thing that was fast was giving as the bill to pay. We will never go back to that place.

If craving for comfort European breakfasts this is the place. Opens early, food is very good especially sandwiches with dark bread. Rediculiuosly understaffed waiter covering 20 tables alone. While kitchen delivers fast be ready to wait for half an hour to place an order. On second visit I did not even receive my morning coffee an no waiter in sight to remind. I will go there again, but only when I have hour+ for breakfast.

Un sitio espectacular para desayunar: ambiente chulísimo, el personal encantador y la comida es una pasada. Sin duda volveré cada vez que venga a Cádiz.

Ofrece un buen desayuno, pero las porciones son un poco pequeñas. Hay tazones de Acai u otras opciones de desayuno, como tostadas, disponibles.
