Bidra med feedbackHello, Here we have another review!! And we do it on: Password by Bar Code. Modern space with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, in the heart of Cádiz. We can find it in both the Repsol guide and the Michelin guide. It offers us the option of both a tasting menu (with optional wine pairing) and a la carte. In this case, we opted for the first option, on the fly, without the need to notify you when making the reservation. We show you the menu in the following photo carousel: ⁃ We start with a trompe l 'oeil Our olive . White chocolate spherification filled with white gazpacho. ⁃ Paniza carob flour honeydew with foie. ⁃ Shrimp tortilla sticks with brava sauce. ⁃ Toasted brioche with cured yolk and marinated sardines. ⁃ Prawns with garlic Urium. ⁃ Lamb with mhamza in lavender sauce. They gave us a choice between two desserts: ⁃ Polenta, a kind of porridge foam, with violet ice cream. ⁃ French toast with thyme ice cream. In our case, there are three dishes that we highlight on the menu: the shrimp omelettes, the prawns and the French toast for dessert. Show for the palate. The price of the menu was €37.50, with the option to modify a dish for €5 more. One of us decided to change the lamb for an Iberian pork tenderloin with potato foam, and there was no problem. The pairing for €25 is very complete: cava, fino, oloroso, red and Pedro Ximenez to finish with dessert. It is worth mentioning that we had a reservation at 10 pm and since it was a tasting menu, we did get the impression that the service was going a little faster than it should due to how late it was getting, so we recommend booking a little earlier if this is your option.
