We stayed here for lunch on the back of a recommendation and enjoyed our meal. The environment is beautiful, we sat outside in the shade. The waitress only spoke Spanish, but that was not a problem for us. They offer a good tourist menu that was tasty and we both stayed full. The Flan dessert was really good. All in all a nice and filling food.

Payogasta is a must to stop in the area. I am especially concerned about food withdrawal for clean and organic, if possible, coupled with GF and this place was fabulous. Large selection of salads, including an amazing Quinoa Tabbouleh wonderful grilled meat and other dishes. Nice bread I didn't eat, but I looked brilliant. Salads are also very good with local ingredients and flavors. Recommend the grilled meat and a visit to the back of the restaurant where you can see the open air ovens at work. The location is also charming with a large outdoor area for the kitchen of the fresco. This was not on our trip, but we were thrilled to discover this wonderful place. Service was very friendly, but as with all good things it takes time to make such beautiful dishes. Give the local red wine a walk. The owner is often on site he is an extremely interesting and charming host. If you're happy enough to be there while he's on site, worth a chat. I love it!!!

It is a pity that such a beautiful (and more expensive, according to local standards) place can not correspond to the same quality of the service its appearance. The rooms are very simple and furnished with old, Autenthic antique furniture and the view from the suite was breathtaking. The restaurant has limited options, but is not bad. But once in the room, you will find some stupid problems like missing towels or bo toilet paper! And the reception seems to be devastated most of the time... what makes it quite annoying for a place that is exclusive and sells you a suite.

The best place to eat and stay in payogasta, the staff is friendly and the view is amazing, very recomended for all.
