El Molle de Maiz Perez - Cachi

We went to this small restaurant in October 2014. We were cared for by the owner (I don't remember his name) and he's really a good person. He explained to us every recipe, why some dishes were not available (e.g., he didn't have corn dishes because he was out of season and wants fresh products.) we could feel he loves his work and his kitchen. He helped us choose the wine and didn't try to sell us the most expensive. In short, the food is delicious and the service is one of the best I've seen in Argentina, you can't miss it! If I go back to cachi, I know where I'll go for a good time eating!
