La Gallega - Cacabelos

WARNING !!! We took a tuna pizza that smelt like a sanitary bin in a ladies toilet, the tuna can must have been open since at least a month ! We preferred to bin it better than risking the hospital or to poison a homeless...(see picture) This added to a rude manager who refused to add mushrooms on an other pizza that we didn't finish after all disgusted by the taste of cheap powdery dry cheese instead of fresh mozzarellla. Thanks god we only tried the restaurant and not the hostel, A PLACE TO AVOID AT ALL COST !

Friendly staff. Good location, ok price for a private room with bathroom. Wifi only worked in common area. Washing machine and dryer €3 each. The dryer didn’t dry though. Lots of long black hairs in the room, on the floors from a mop I guess. No English TV channels, no kettle or common area for coffee or tea. Bedspread needs a good wash!

Hostal situado en pleno camino de Santiago, en el centro de Cacabelos. Un sitio tranquilo y bien ubicado, aparcamiento propio, habitaciones muy limpias y un servicio muy acogedor. Tiene también un bar restaurante donde se puede desayunar con una tortilla impresionante!!!!

No nos quedamos aquí; acabamos de cenar. Estábamos bien atendidos. Ambiente muy agradable. Un menú variado. ¡La comida era deliciosa!

Te preparan bocadillos o algo para comer al momento ;el café muy bueno y la atención, excelente.
