Bidra med feedbackDO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! We’ve eaten at this establishment for 3-4 years now and today we had the worst experience that finalized the decision not to go here anymore. The wait staff is always lazy, eats while on the clock, you have to beg for refills. The service is down right terrible. The food is decent but we have been disappointed on more than one occasion. Today they gave us our check for 3 Buffets and drinks for a total of $31.55. Not a bad price for a Buffet. But then they came back, grabbed the check off the table, and raised the price to $38.42 and didn’t even explain why. When we went to pay and asked nicely for an explanation, the cashier was very rude and said it was because we got shrimp and that it wasn’t part of the Buffet. Even though it is placed with everything else in the buffet line and not labeled as being separate. Furthermore, almost $7 for 6 pieces of cocktail shrimp is pretty ridiculous. I wish I could give zero stars. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
The food is delicious but I quit going there when they increased the price for the crab legs that were on the buffet they claimed. which I nor my family never even got near them. so they lost our business because the prices were too high but the food was great what we ate. would love to go back but I cannot pay the price they want for the food and sleep good that night. too pricey in my opinion from what I have heard from others they thought the same thing also quit dining there for the same reason. Great food though.
I usually have enjoyed this restaurant, even recommend family and friends. Now after this last experience I will not be going back. I and my dining companion arrived at 5:10 pm for an evening meal on a Saturday. After 15 minutes they brought out some crab legs, the item that they advertise to bring in the customers, the item I was there to enjoy. Of course it was emptied quickly by all the customers as we all got a plate. 45 minutes later is the next time they brought out more crab legs, after 6 people were standing around the section for about ten minutes. My dining companion also waited the 45 minutes for them to bring out some baked salmon as this had been empty for the same amount of time. Upon paying our bill we were asked how was everything? I told them my complaint about the failure to refill the buffet during the evening rush. I also inquired why the temperature inside was 85 degrees and if their air conditioning was broken, to which the gentleman replied that it wasn't, which means they were also purposely keeping the restaurant at an uncomfortable temperature. I just want people to know that this restaurant only wants your money and cares nothing about your satisfaction or comfort as a customer.
I have gone here for years but I think I’m done. The quality of the food is not what it used to be. There were flies near the food and it all did not look very fresh. There is so much salt in everything now that’s all you really taste. The last straw was tonight when we all ordered waters to drink but the waiter brought 3 Sprites for my kids instead. My wife and I recieved waters correctly but we didn’t realize the kids had sprites until the meal was almost over. When I went to pay after the meal and explained we didn’t order the drinks, the lady immediately got an attitude. After she went to consult with one of the waiters who didn’t even take our drink order, she returned and claimed we did order Sprites. After I told her again that we did not, she got more upset and started sighing, slamming things down and then jerked my card out of my hand. She didn’t charge me for the drinks though begrudgingly. I was pretty insulted as I’m a former police officer and would never try anything shady but they must have a lot of customers try to scam them. I even left a tip.
Amazing wonton and egg drop soup. However, while waiting for a to go order, I witnessed this young man going straight from taking cash at the register to handling this food. I did make a comment to him about it.
