Apache Pizza Deansgrange - Cabinteely

What happened to me last night seemed like a joke! I ordered online at 7:30 pm to have my order delivered by 8:30 pm, at 9:10 pm I called to ask them for my order and then they said the were not Apache anymore and that they were now a different company, therefore they had not received my order and there was nothing they could do, they suggested calling Apache headquarters the next day so I can have my money back. I cannot believe how a company can close a restaurant and still allow people to make orders, pay for them and...after 2 hours waiting for the food I paid for I had nothing but my money taken.Now, I have to waste my time sending emails or calling just to get my money back. I can understand certain things such as a delay in delivery, cold food etc but not this..I cannot blame the new company who took over the place but Apache this is unbelievable. I hope to have my money back soon and I will never ever order any food from you again. Regards.

I collected my pizza, it was nice, what else can I say.

Pizza never turned up!!! Contacted Diloveroo who advised they could not get in contact with them. Can't comment on the food as it never turned up!!
