BOF The sommelier does not listen to his clients. The dishes are made with good products but expensive for the little that there is in the plate.

A trip to the country of flavors. I enjoyed it. Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese accents. If you know the word Umami, you'll understand what I'm talking about. I would have had the chance to know this restaurant which, for personal reasons, will be permanently closed next October. So hurry up and book a table. Thanks again for this beautiful evening!
