478 Country Buffet - Byron

This small buffet restaurant is located a quarter mile east of I-75, exit 149, south of Macon Georgia. Some of the best Southern Fried Chicken we have eight in a while. The bread time was excellent, not excessively seasoned. The white meat was tender and very humid! Put it on our list to stop next spring on their way home to Michigan

First experience in this place. The food was really good and the sweet tea was on point. I felt there was a good choice of meat and vegetables. The staff was very nice and friendly. I'm sooo full. I will return.

Great experience. Really a throw, and the definition of a hole in the wall restaurant. We'll be back when we ever get through again, it's worth going out the way, just for the chicken pliers.

We stayed here on the way back from a wedding. It was recommended by the Best Western where we stay, and we blown away that it was not a route on the road. Everything on the buffet was excellent, especially fried chicken, and chicken pliers. If you are looking for heaping helps from hot and fresh southern tariff, with a friendly atmosphere to boot at an AMAZING PRICE. Don't look. 10/10 and nothing less, makes me sad I live no closer

This place is great. If you want some chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and some cabbage. This is the place! They have a whole lot more. I love chicken livers and they delivered there too. And the best part? All you can eat for around 12 bucks! That doesn’t exist anymore!
