Zambrero Byford

This place is the most unorganised zambreros I have ever been to. I have had to wait 25 minutes for them to cook brown rice. Today at 12.30 they had no tomato no red onion and no coriander. Byford zambreros couldn’t organise a **** up at a brewery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you can’t fill a scoop full of advacado or too lazy to replenish stock in the front don’t bother charging me for it , ended getting quite a small scrapping of it pissed of, Oh and for delivery driver jobs STOP PUTTING COLD DRINKS ON THE SAME BAG AS THE HOT FOOD FFS they go in a seperate bag Can’t be that hard to slap on stickers on a bag seen staff take their time with it Your staff need to learn common safe food handling guidelines Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I LOVE Zambreros, but at Byford I never get enough toppings in particular on Nachos. Friday night I got one chunky of pork dumped in the middle of corn chips with no cheese. They ended up burnt, a messily amount of tomato and little to no sauce. So disgusted how bad my service has become, considering never going back. Place needs a store manager to run the service, staff soooo slow, black rice was under, the front was under prepped so ran out of corn etc.

Absolutely disgusted with the burrito I received today. It was missing cheese, lettuce, sour cream, beans, and tomato salsa. How is it even possible to mess up an order so badly. I literally received a burrito with rice and chipotle. I’ve tried to contact the store several times without success.
