The Strand Byford Lakeside Restaurant & Cafe

Had dinner here tonight and was amazed at the special, Lamb Shank $20). This has to be the most flavoursome meal! And had veggies too! It’s a must try! And to staff, you are all fabulous. Your service and smile make dining here a pleasure. Love this spot! I have been coming to the Strand for their Tapas menu, plus Coffee and Cake with friends and colleagues, lunches and dinners! No matter the occasion, The Strand is the place to go! Love it here.

What lovely place very nice menu choices gf, v, pint beers on tap Staff service was exceptional courteous, friendly, menu wise and so willing to oblige The Strand restaurant is beautifully presented inside decor and build surrounded by a lake Will return for romantic dinner in the future

We have been regulars for a while and decided to have our small wedding reception at the strand. Wendy and John were so helpful every step of the way. Our day was just magical, we had our service on the deck next door and then our first meal in the Strand, the food was amazing and Wendy and the team went the extra mile in setting up for us... just what we wanted, good food, good drinks and good company. A fun night was had by all. thanks John Wendy for everything

I was lucky enough to dine at the Strand yesterday, my grandaughter's 21st. The staff food were great. I can't wait to go to The Strand again. 10/10
