Very tasty food. Caribbean chicken with a delicious coconut sauce, perfectly velvety. Plus well-prepared vegetables. Customer service at a high level, a very nice and professional waitress who knew what wine to choose, which is not a standard. First time in Bydgoszcz, first time in this restaurant, but if I come back to this city, I will visit Louisiana again. I recommend. In Europe, it is really hard to find restaurants with kitchen inspired by the southern USA, so this is a local gem. Really interesting menu with high quality dishes. However, prices are somewhat high compared to the competition that has a little more standard kitchens.

Nice food, I'm really happy! Meat was so juicy and everything was fresh and delicious. The most important thing is that staff do not pay much attention to customers. I mean, everyone comes back with smiles and proffesional matter then, while then gap... You have to hunt them to get the bill...
