Uncle Kin's Chili Pan Mee - Butterworth

Obviously the one and only Uncle Kin, best pan mee served. Nice staff and fast preparation of food. Personal opinion, the air in the shop is not very pleasant.

The noodles itself has different textures compared to normal types. It is thin but stretchy. The chilli is really nice. I would recommend to add a whole sauce plate of chilli to it, it surely can help to enhance the fragrance and taste of the bowl of noodles. I have ordered another fish ball soup, but nothing special, not recommend. Overall good experience.

Quite expensive considering the food price in Butterworth. Food was decent, chili is lit The menu only have soup noodle, dry noodles with chili and dry noodle without chili. Could improve the air conditioned environment because in my personal opinion, it is quite stuffy inside, especially after eating such spicy food.

Just dropped by with my siblings and was skeptical about chilli pan mee..well the food was great and all. The biggest downside is the customer service. We were thinking about taking away the order since the staff were so rigid. Not welcoming at all. No smile whatsoever. No optional payment method. Worth trying it once

Good quality of food, if you love Pan Mee, this is one of the best you can in Penang. I came here atleast once a month. But staff quality need to be improve seriously, I felt unwelcome almost all the time when I’m here. Atleast you can wear a smile on your face and talk properly to guide your customer
