331 Kopitiam offer delicious fish based milky broth soup for steamboat. Similar taste to those bihun fish head noodle. Soup broth taste good, not too salty or any strong msg taste. Price is reasonable too, not more than rm40 per person for a steamboat. We ordered the set one with fried fish, which give additional bite to the steamboat.

Food was good but it was a kopitiam and a fly fell into my soup

I really want to give a full star rating for their food vs price ratio.. but need to settle with 2 stars as they allow pet dog in air-conditioned room during STEAMBOAT...
