Sheetz - Butler

Sheetz employees used to be so happy friendly. This morning I walk in and there are about 4 customers wondering the store. The cashier Layne went to the back as I came towards the register. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you could sense attitude. I could barely see her eyes with her hat pulled down to her eyes.

Stood at the register for around 5 minutes or so. No one in sight. When it comes to a gas station there should always be someone there. This is BY FAR the longest I’ve ever waited. No one is front of me. Then have the nerve asking me for donations. Pathetic.

My husband ordered French fries custom ordered. They let them sit on the counter for at least 10 minutes while they worked on online orders. Then they tried to serve him the cold fries. He refused, but when he did get the supposed redo, they were still just warm. We will NEVER order food there again, because this isn't the first time. Their service is inexcusable!!

Forgot to pick up my small order of French toast sticks and manager made me fresh ones to compensate my own stupidity. The fact that my business was appreciated and made up for means a lot to me. Kitchen manager also made sure the order was correct and was also to very nice.

So real here they didnt close during covid at all they are so real
