When I organize a party and my guests are mainly from other areas of northern Italy, where do you want me to take them, if not Al Bosso from Emma? I was advised by her on the dishes to propose and, as always, I made a figurone and Emma received all the compliments deserved by my guests. Excellent pizza, friendly and fast room staff

Embarrassing pizza tour! Insufficient as amount of pizzas per number of guests, inadequate in the choices of recipes, out of time with all the exits! Too bad because the typical cuisine has never had gaps of this kind...it is necessary to have the clarity and humility to choose what you are able to do well...the oven can be used to cook roasts.. .
