Bidra med feedbackFirst visit and received a very warm welcome from the staff and the pubs dog. A well kept pint of Vocation Heart and Soul topped off the visit. We didn’t eat here on this occasion but will be back as the menu looks very tempting
Just popped in for a quick pint. Lots of people inside enjoying food and drinks.
Went for Sunday Lunch which was lovely .. A bit pricey but very nice .
Nice country pub, good food, though not cheap! Near to Burrs Country Park, and still not far from Bury town center. On each occasion I've been with Bruno, it has been very quiet, but that suits me! Still appears short of punters in daytime, can't speak to evening or weekend, £4.95 for a Guinness, so you judge!
Lucky enough to be here on reopening night under new ownership. Visited with my family and we were delighted to see the steam train passing behind the field and enjoyed the beautiful cows in that field which adjoins the pub. Staff were very friendly and the food really was exceptional. My husband had the lamb Wellington and I had the fish and both were excellent. The children’s meals were a good size filling up my 9 year old boy, which is no mean feat! We will certainly return and highly recommend to families and people who like a good quality meal.
