Granny's Noodle - Burwood

I often dine at Granny's Noodle in Burwood, which is one of my favorite noodle restaurants. My top pick is the Granny's signature beef noodle soup, which I enjoy customizing with less oil and extra fresh chili.

Granny's Noodle in Burwood is a beloved comfort restaurant for me, offering a fantastic selection of Chinese dishes, including their renowned Taiwanese beef noodles. It's a reliable and consistent spot that I always enjoy visiting for some delicious home-cooked meals.

We discovered Granny's Noodle as the first restaurant when we exited the train station early on a Saturday morning. They were one of the few places open offering a breakfast menu, so we decided to try a Taiwanese breakfast. We ordered the pickled vegetable and pork noodles, as well as the chives and pork dumplings. The noodles were surprisingly delicious and full of flavor. The dumplings were a bit bland on their own, but when we dipped them in the noodle soup and added vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil, they became tasty. Overall, it was a good option for a quick meal.

Despite the current rating on Zomato about this restaurant 2.5/5 , we decided to check this place out on Thursday shopping night since it had spare tables and we were in the mood for some oily foods usually we aren't :P .The layout of the seating and venue was pretty clean, organised and cute. There were pictures hanging on the walls which made the place quite homily and the chairs were comfortable despite no cushion.The menu is slightly higher than what I had expected for an average chinese food place. We ended up ordering a fried prawn dish with special sauce along with the signature noodles dish. The prawns were really good and the noodles were on-point with its flavour and oiliness. The cups that they handed to us didn't look very clean so we had to wipe it down with a bit of water on the tissue. The staff here are friendly and quite polite.I can see that this place is suitable for both individuals and groups of 2-6 people for a good warm asian meal. ￣￣ ノ

Good Taiwaness beef noodle. I don't know why other people only gave it 2.8. You know, with only less than 20 dollars, you can fill your stomach with good noodle. I can't find an excuse don't give it a high point. If you wish service like a three star Michelin，you choose a wrong place.
