Hungry Howie's Pizza - Burton

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Horrible Horrible managers! In no way do they know how to run a decent store or speak to customers!! Will never order again! And you shouldn't either if you want good food and to be treated with respect! Go somewhere else, cause you won't find that at this place!

My family and I have ordered food from here many times in the past. The pizzas are routinely undercooked and if you call them to inform them of any problems you have with your order you better be ready for the worst customer service of your life. We have been told any time we've called with an issue that we're the problem. While getting talked over by the manager and eventually hung up on by the manager who then won't tell you their name when you call back to file an actual corporate complaint. I have never in my life received such bad customer service than I have multiple times from this location.

Love the food and the staff! Baked subs are too good.
