Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Burton

Not bad, a little expensive for what was bought but it was alright.

This place is sooooo slowwwww. I only really come to dq when there is a new flavor a dipped cone I want to try and if I like it, I get it a lot till it’s gone. But this location is so slow. It doesn’t matter if you are next to order or if you have ordered it doesn’t matter you are going to wait an half hr. Doesn’t matter if it’s feb/March. So bad after waiting 20 min and no one has moved I left went to another location, got my ice cream and was back home in less than 10. This happened 3 times, I’m just going to go to the one slightly further away and save the time. Summer is coming back around if it stays like this I guess cars will be lined in the street. But not mine.

PLEASE JUST GIVE THEM A PAY RAISE BEFORE THEY ALL QUIT!! THEY ARE A GOOD TEAM AND DESERVE EVERY BIT OF HIGHER PAY!

This was my first time coming to this particular Dairy Queen. Carlos, my cashier was very patient and handled my transaction quickly without any issues. Will definitely make sure I come back again!

I'm rating this a 3 star because I was the second car in line. It took us nearly 20 mins to get 2 ice creams.
