Optus Stadium City View Café

Our group of 9 had a nice lunch. the service was excellent, the food was good and the look sensational. a great experience.

The service was great. Food very good and very affordable. Great views.

The service was below average and so was the food. Some of the staff were snappy to customers and their own colleagues. An item in one of the dishes was not available and they were offering alternatives, but it just created confusion among the staff. One of the wait staff that brought out the food didn’t know the menu and was insisting the dish was correct. When we advised it wasn’t what we ordered she rolled her eyes, shook her head and stormed off back to the kitchen. Not at all professional or customer friendly.

I’m absolutely disgusted at the service and food at the city view cafe! I made a booking on line and I tried to phone up the city view cafe to confirm the booking and find out what was on the menu. But with much disgust I was unable to get hold of anyone or view any food menu on line prior to attending the city view cafe. My partner and I ordered fish and chips and a Coke Zero each. The fish was absolutely unacceptable and looked and tasted like fish out of a frozen box! The fish was hard, tasted disgusting and was inedible!. I paid $23 each serving of fish and chips and booked the city view cafe for a special occasion for my partner and your food ruined our night. The city view cafe should be ashamed of itself for serving up such slop and refund the cost of the meals. I expect an apology for the poor service and a refund for the food that was inedible. Was a bit disappointed with the serving and the fish had a very strong fishy taste. Felt like very rushed in ordering the food.
