Beautiful atmosphere lovely staff thankyou for a perfect night will be back next time we are back in burra

There were 7of us travelling from Sydney. We were looking for somewhere to have dinner. After reading the reviews on this hotel we decided to go there for dinner It did not disappoint! Janine and her staff were excellent! So friendly and so helpful. The food was fabulous! Lamb shanks! Yes yes yes! Highly recommend!!

The staff were extremely helpful and competent with special request for seating looked after no problem. The food was very tasty, well cooked and presented. Just what we were after on a cold night after lots of walking during the day. Unfortunately we are only here for one night and so I will not get to sample more of the menu. This place gives pub food a great name but it is more that that and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the Burra area. The salt bush sausages are to die for.

Wonderful experience at The Burra Hotel. Janine our host was lovely. Stout on tap was a bonus but the Lamb Pie topped everything. Recommend highly to all travellers.

We stopped by this charming country hotel for dinner. We were warmly welcomed by Janine who provided excellent service. We chose a delicious Pauletts Cab/Merlot to go with our new appetizer choice, Taquitos. The food was excellent, with me opting for the Lamb pie and my wife enjoying an authentic Lasagna. Both dishes were hearty and full of flavor. The staff here have a great sense of humor and made our dining experience enjoyable.
