The enchiladas had a wonderful sauce in them. Atmosphere is casual and the wait staff were very nice.

Generally, this JJ location is just fine. They missing minor things on a fairly regular basis (no napkins, not cutting in half, forgetting sandwich customizations). Delivery is typically pretty quick, I live within 2 miles of this particular store. However, this is inconsistent. Today 's review gets probably 0 stars. But I 'll give 3 to even out with past experiences. As I write this review, I put in my order nearly an hour ago and still hasn 't left for delivery. I 'm unable to call the store as someone must have left the phone off the hook. There are too many inconsistencies with just quality and speed to rate this store any higher. There always seems to be something missed. They definitely do not live up the the franchise motto of 'Freaky Fast '.

Friendly staff and great sandwich. Unfortunately had to go someplace else for gluten free bread for a family member, but just an extra stop before lunch.

Fast and friendly service, wonderful food. Wondering tho if y’all just don’t have mayo packets cause I’ve ordered them 4 times (obviously different orders different days) and have yet to receive any mayo packets. Not a big deal but a little funny cause you’d think I’d get them at least once lol
