Bidra med feedbackI ordered food through the app and tracked the delivery driver. I was sitting in the front room with the curtains open but the driver claimed to have attempted delivery twice and called my mobile, which I never received. The shop couldn't provide proof of the call and only had a photo of my front door, indicating that the driver had taken a picture from my garden. Strangely, my dogs didn't even bark during this supposed delivery attempt.
This restaurant review is terrible. It took over an hour for my food to be delivered. When I called to inquire about its status, I was informed that it would be an additional 10 minutes. I live only 3 minutes away from the shop, so I could have easily made my own meal in that time if I had the necessary ingredients.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. Despite the app showing that our order had been delivered, it took over 45 minutes for it to actually reach us. When I called the restaurant, they could only tell me that it would be another 20 minutes because they were busy. When the food finally did arrive, it was cold. What's even more disappointing is that this is the second time this has happened.
It took forever, over 45 mins, to get a takeaway delivered on a weekday early evening. When it eventually arrived it was nearly cold. The portion size of the potato wedges was pathetic, I reckon the delivery driver had been eating them on the way!
I think they literally meant 2nd one is worth £1 no bbq base oh sorry ,,on 3 slices ,, 6 pieces of bacon shared between a 13 inch pizza 1 piece of pepper on each slice ,, shocking, I was in Southampton 4 weeks ago ,, dominos was facing my hotel,, it was beautiful,,Burnley,, nah,, never again £23.74 out of pocket
