Subway - Burnaby

Worst subway that I have ever had to get sandwich, never want to go there, the staff were really unprofessional.

The woman who worked tonight was incredibly friendly and made my sandwich with great skill. I have never written a review for a Subway before because they are all generally similar, but this woman truly made my sandwich with care and love.

Navneet is an absolute sweetheart! Answered all my questions made great conversation prepared my food perfectly and efficiently even though she was the only one in the store 10/10 customer service would come again!

Yes, it’s just a subway and no there food ain’t any better than any other subway… but the staff here, on separate occasions, returned my wallet an hour after loosing it outside their entrance and also allowed my gf’s daughter to use the toilet without asking if we were going to order first.The staff here are nice people. So the staff are getting 5 stars the food, not so much because it’s just a subway ?‍

Dislike the customer service there.They never pack the sub well enough for the contents to hold and last time, i ordered a footlong online, they didn't cut it in two pieces, which is just common sense.
