Pho Century Fine Vietnamese Cuisine

It was so many years in this place, never was disappointed with the food. My favorite is the combo 4. The spring rolls are the best I ever had in Canada. Maybe better than those spring rolls in Vietnam.

I have to say that it is the worst Pho or any restaurants that I have been since the pandemic, I love to somehow support the little business as I can because my whole life is out, they were great when they... first opened, over 10 years ago, as the woman took over the kitchen, the business went down hills like Gone With The Wind! in the neighborhood for my car repairs, what a Mickey car park was going to ask You call it a terrace??? Why do they just open up for picking up? and the quality is the worst pho ate in my life, no taste no taste, the Vermicelli PHO is too soft as a potato magic, that is, the Vermicelli is not fresh, the chili oil cannot find a drop of oil, the broth is warm oily, meat quality very bad, what a waste for $12, I should just pay for a few minutes wings!

The menu here offers some possibilities of Pho (Soups), Rice and Vermicelli dishes, Bunh Mi (Vietnamese Subs) and Combos, along with various appetizers. I ordered one of the Combo’s with a Deep Fried Spring Roll, Prawn Paste On Sugar Canes and Chicken Skewers, that was all served on Vermicelli and Fish Sauce. The Deep Fried Spring Roll was good, the Prawn Paste on sugar canes tasted ok, but a bit on the fat side. The Chicken Skewers from dark meat (probably thighs) marinated in a Lemongrass marinade. I don't enjoy the Chicken Skewers because I don't like dark meat. The taste of the marinade was ok. There were minimal julienne carrots, cucumbers and shredded salads. Overall, the food was just okay. I had better.

Please do not come to this restaurant, we sit and the tea came, the cup is very dirty, it has a clear lipstick brand on it.

Great pho rice dishes. Lemongrass chicken BBQ pork chop was especially good. Rice noodles were a bit too soft for my liking but overall not bad. Had better pho on previous visits.
