I ordered Bowls , burritos and Taco , white rice was uncooked, customer service was poor, the girl at the counter taking order was rude . They are always out of shrimp , veggies were not ready . On our second visit, we encountered a situation where the lady at the counter seemed quite fatigued. Although we appreciated the quality of the bowl we ordered, unfortunately, the quesadilla did not meet our expectations as it was falling apart. I don’t know how a place with high turnover can serve uncooked rice, but they do. When addressed, they didn’t try it, but instead defaulted to ‘we haven’t had any complaints’. Regardless, the staff are powerless to correct a situation like this, so you need to get a call from The Manager. Ultimately, save yourself some time and avoid Mucho Burrito. If they aren’t paying attention to the quality of the rice, I can only imagine the other areas of neglect. The staff seem nice, for what it’s worth.
