Bidra med feedbackI was craving ramen the other day. But I didn 't want to go downtown. I 've developed a strange distaste for busy, crowded places (downtown being one of them. . I would much rather spend my days frolicking around my neighbourhood (living in the 'burbs definitely suits me. #grandmalife . Since travelling all the way downtown for Santouka wasn 't an option, I decided to go for some... SUBURBAN RAMEN!!<br/ <br/ So off I went...to Kenzo Japanese Noodle House, the nearest ramen place!! Santouka it is not...but hey, I 'll take it (better than nothing! I ordered the largest size available (their King of Kings ramen cause let 's be real...a regular bowl of ramen ain 't enough to satiate this appetite!! (It still wasn 't enough, I was still hungry afterwards...so much for spending $16 on ramen!
I love their ramen! I tried most of the ramen places in vancouver area and lower mainland, and this is my favorite ramen restaurant. I don't find the ramen noodle soggy at all. The service was nice too. Just based on food, I want to give them 5/5.
Tasty ra-men.. Delicious yakitori... I could say that my fave here is the yakitori sauce.. even discussed it with my boyfriend....Just to try and figure out what kind of ingredients are in the sauce.... (Yeah, we're serious about it!!!
My go-to place every time I'm craving a dolsot bibimbap. They're close and reasonably-priced. Also, their spicy agedashi tofu is a nice appetizer.
The king ramen $12ish dollars. Worth it. So big !!! Either way this with a friend or come really hungry as its bigger bowl than all the other ramens here. Otherwise the place and the food here is deliscious. Not just ramen. They have lots of Korean options too.
