Are you serious about this Guokui? Maybe it’s because I haven’t eaten it before and am not used to it. . It was extremely thin, and the texture was just average. There was nothing delicious about it. I didn’t even know what I was eating. . Like thinly sliced prunes? Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Don't listen to the 1 stars complaining about time, always listen to how the food sings first. I won't lie, the soups are ordinary, nothing special... If you want the best noodles, the reason I agree with noodle specialist title, go for the Wuhan Dry Spicy Noodles or the Dan Dan Noodles. Both noodles are perfect and they use sesame paste, chili oil, sichuan pepper ground in the dan dan, pork and many different toppings you can add for a decent price... 10-14 dollars for a nice portion of well made noodles. The dry noodles are excellent and well worth the 3 year wait time. Jokes aside, average times I go there, I wait around 10-20 mins, but both the dry noodles had the same cravability as Samyang Cream Carbonara Spicy Chicken Noodles. Very well balanced and well prepared ingredients. Sit down and wait, it is well rewarded
