Hua Xi Noodle Specialist - Burnaby

Don't listen to the 1 stars complaining about time, always listen to how the food sings first. I won't lie, the soups are ordinary, nothing special... If you want the best noodles, the reason I agree with noodle specialist title, go for the Wuhan Dry Spicy Noodles or the Dan Dan Noodles. Both noodles are perfect and they use sesame paste, chili oil, sichuan pepper ground in the dan dan, pork and many different toppings you can add for a decent price... 10-14 dollars for a nice portion of well made noodles. The dry noodles are excellent and well worth the 3 year wait time. Jokes aside, average times I go there, I wait around 10-20 mins, but both the dry noodles had the same cravability as Samyang Cream Carbonara Spicy Chicken Noodles. Very well balanced and well prepared ingredients. Sit down and wait, it is well rewarded

The waiting time was a bit long, but the food was very delicious, the sauce and seasoning were great and not too salty. Highly recommended!

Portion and price are good. Overall food is just ok, the broth is lacking in depth, just tasted like a lot of salt (and msg? added to plain water and doesn't have the richness. Chicken doesn't taste that fresh either.

No customers there but I wait for 1 hour for my noodle, attitude bad, won’t come again. I wait to rate 0 rate unfortunately there’s no option for that.
